Halloween

Meow! It's Charlie. Happy (early) Halloween and National Cat Day! Although Cat Day is everyday. Did you know that Halloween is the second most popular holiday in America (the first being Christmas)? Yeah, that's how it works. Let's weigh this out...

Peace on Earth and good will towards man or BOO!

Equally uplifting, don't you think?

You ever notice "boo" is the only scare word humans know? It's the only thing they're every taught to scare people. If humans didn't know "boo" they wouldn't know what to do. You'd open the door and they'd be like, "..." and walk away. Not very scary. Yet "boo" isn't even scary. Watch. Boo, boo, boo, boo, BOO!!! Were you scared? Didn't think so. Humans hide somewhere creative and they are like boo! Haha I scared you! No, it was the fact that you were hiding in the REFRIGERATOR that scared me. I mean, you could've said basically anything. Classical music! Tacos! Would've got me. (Warning, please don't hide in the refrigerator. That was just for the sake of comedy. Getting into the refrigerator may result in serious injury or death.)

Halloween is extremely flawed though. Here is how it works:

Kid 1: *Knock knock knock*

Guy 1: "Yes?"

Kid 1: "Trick or Treat!"

Guy 1: *Gives candy*

The problem is, Guy 1 wasn't tricked - they always come on the same day. Here is how it should work:

Kid 1: *Knock knock knock*

Guy 1: "Yes?"

Kid 1: "Trick or Treat!"

Guy 1: "I knew you were coming, no trick, hence no treat."

Guy 1: *Slams door*

That would make more sense wouldn't it? It's to popular. The only way Trick or Treat would work now is if you came some other time, such as May. At 3 o'clock in the morning.

Kid 1: *Knock knock knock*

Guy 1: "What is going on...?"

Kid 1: "Trick or Treat!"

Guy 1: "Well, you got me. Okay, here's a pickle."

That's how it should work! Anyways, I hope you get lots of treats (especially the ones that look like kibbles)! If you have a cat, make sure to give them lots of extra treats and pets. Thanks for reading! Chow!
